Constitutional Home Educators Alliance is hard at work educating our communities on issues that affect home education and parental rights. We are monitoring many pieces of legislation and have compiled them here for you to review. If you would like to contact your legislators about any of these issues but do not know who they are, you can find them by clicking HERE.
Each year, after Thanksgiving, we start the process of scanning through every piece of legislation as it is filed. This is something that has to be done daily and that takes hundreds of man hours. If you would like to help in this process, we would appreciate and welcome your participation.

BILLS WE SUPPORT
We are anticipating many new bills to be submitted this session concerning education, including home education. As we start the search process in early December we will begin posting any and all bills that would affect home education or parental rights here. Please read through these and then act on your own in contacting your elected representatives concerning any pieces of legislation you would like them to support or oppose.
